Loveland church gives families of the incarcerated hope for Christmas

Good News Notes:

“The Christmas holidays are a time for connecting with friends and family. But for those with loved ones in jail, the season can feel anything but cheerful.”

“Redemption Church in Loveland is trying to make the holiday season brighter for the families of inmates with the Hope for Christmas program, which builds a bridge between inmates in Larimer County Jail and their families on the outside.”

“Hope for Christmas was started 11 years ago by Mountain View Community Church in Fort Collins, said Larry Lewis, who runs the church’s prison ministry. The program delivers Christmas presents to families of people in Larimer County Jail.”
