“Community members are still finding ways to help out local businesses who’ve been affected and are continuing to be affected by COVID-19. Macon Shirts for Good is a campaign dedicated to keeping local businesses in Macon on their feet.
Matthew Smith, creator of the campaign, says local artists volunteer their time to come up with unique t-shirt designs for Macon businesses. Once the shirt is designed, they are put up for sale on the Macon Shirts for Goodwebsite. After 50 shirts are sold, 100 percent of the proceeds go to the business for the total amount they sell in the week their shirt is available.”
