“The Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes’ charitable foundation, 15 and the Mahomies, are teaming up with something very cool for families in need as school starts again.
The 15 and the Mahomies foundation tweeted Monday that in partnership with the Chiefs, it has donated 500 Super Bowl LIV backpacks for deserving children.
Those backpacks are also stuffed with school supplies.
The backpacks were donated to the Community Services League which will see them handed out to families in need.
The goal of the 15 and the Mahomies foundation is to improve the lives of children by focusing on communities in need of resources and providing initiatives that focus on health and wellness.”
