JK Rowling donates over $19M to multiple sclerosis research in honor of her late mother

Good News Notes:

J.K. Rowling, the creator of the Harry Potter phenomenon, has donated more to multiple sclerosis research.

The donation was made to The University of Edinburgh for 15.3 million pounds or roughly $19.1 million dollars.

This follows Rowling’s donation which funded the creation of the Anne Rowling Regenerative Neurology Clinic, named in memory of her mother, who died from the disease at 45 years old.
