Tacoma man battling homelessness gets second chance thanks to tiny home village project

A story of success coming from Tacoma’s tiny home village. The city calls them micro-shelters and they are on the move to a larger setting.

No one really knew if it would work to put several micro-shelter tiny homes on Martin Luther King Jr. Way back in December. It was meant to help the people experiencing homelessness move out of the tent city that sprang up at People’s Park.

Ronny Brown was the first person to find a home there.”
