A research study at the University of Minnesota looked at the emotional impact of various activities. They found, among other things, that gardening at one’s house correlates with emotional well-being, Gardening vegetables was even more impactful than ornamental gardening.
So, no matter where you live, city or country, a connection with nature is good for you. Sometimes, the simplest things can have the most impact. Instead of searching for the latest craze or hot new gadget, get some dirt and some seeds and start feeling better.
