“Three former New York Giants players — Joe Morris, David Tyree and Jonathan Casillas — were on hand in East Brunswick Thursday to help load 1,500 boxed, ready-to-cook turkeys, to be distributed through Stop & Shop’s Turkey Express program and the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and two dozen partner agencies.
‘It’s such a great time to be doing this now during this situation that we’ve got going on in America, with the (coronavirus) pandemic,’ said two-time Super Bowl Champion Jonathan Casillas, who played high school football ‘about five miles down the road’ at New Brunswick High School.
‘We all need each other right now.’
